"Katie Taylor was a game-changer. She showed me that it was possible for a woman to excel in boxing and still maintain her humility and grace. She's my ultimate role model, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to train under her father, Pete, from a young age," Kaci explained.
Kaci's admiration for Taylor extends beyond her athletic prowess. "What you see is what you get with Katie. She's incredibly humble and kind, which is rare in the boxing world. She's proven that you can achieve greatness without losing your humanity," Kaci added.
As Kaci prepares for her debut at the Commonwealth Games, representing Team Northern Ireland, she embodies the spirit of determination and self-belief. Her success as an eight-time Irish national champion and her victory in the Ulster Elite Championships last year are testaments to her talent and dedication.
